حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا رَأَى الْمَطَرَ ، قَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا هَنِيئًا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw rain falling, he would supplicate: "O Allah! Make it heavy, pouring, and pleasant."
