حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، وَبَهْزٌ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : الْحَكَمُ أَخْبَرَنِي ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ نَازِلًا عَلَى عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَ بَهْزٌ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ النَّخَعِ كَانَ نَازِلًا عَلَى عَائِشَةَ ، فَاحْتَلَمَ ، فَأَبْصَرَتْهُ جَارِيَةٌ لِعَائِشَةَ ، وَهُوَ يَغْسِلُ أَثَرَ الْجَنَابَةِ مِنْ ثَوْبِهِ ، أَوْ يَغْسِلُ ثَوْبَهُ . قَالَ بَهْزٌ : هَكَذَا قَالَ شُعْبَةُ . فَقَالَتْ : " لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي وَمَا أَزِيدُ عَلَى أَنْ أَفْرُكَهُ مِنْ ثَوْبِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " . .
Hammam reports that once a guest stayed with Aisha. Aisha ordered that her yellow blanket be given to him. He covered himself with it and slept. In his sleep, he became obligated to perform ghusl. He was embarrassed to return the blanket with stains of impurity, so he washed it with water and then sent it back to Aisha. Aisha said, "Many times I have scraped it off the Prophet’s (ﷺ) clothes with my fingers."
