حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَائِمًا أَيَّامَ الْعَشْرِ قَطُّ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that I never saw the Prophet (peace be upon him) fasting in the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah.
