حَدَّثَنَا يَعْمَرُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ ، فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجٍّ ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ ، فَأَهْدَى ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِالْعُمْرَةِ وَلَمْ يُهْدِ فَلْيَحِلَّ ، وَمَنْ أَهَلَّ فَأَهْدَى ، فَلَا يَحِلَّ ، وَمَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجٍّ ، فَلْيُتِمَّ حَجَّهُ " . قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ وَكُنْتُ مِمَّنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, we set out with the Prophet (peace be upon him). Some of us had put on the Ihram for Hajj and some for Umrah, and some had taken sacrificial animals with them. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever has put on the Ihram for Umrah and has not brought a sacrificial animal, he should come out of Ihram, and whoever has brought a sacrificial animal should not come out of Ihram. And whoever has put on the Ihram for Hajj should complete his Hajj. Hazrat Aisha says that I was among those who had put on the Ihram for Umrah.
