It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that when Hazrat Siddiq Akbar’s health began to deteriorate, he asked, “On which day did the Prophet (peace be upon him) pass away?” We informed him, “On Monday.” He asked, “In how many garments did you shroud the Prophet (peace be upon him)?” I replied, “Dear father! We shrouded him in three new white Yemeni Sahuli sheets, in which there was neither a shirt nor a turban; he was simply wrapped in them.”
