حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا عَاصِمٌ ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ ، يُبَادِرُنِي وَأُبَادِرُهُ ، وَأَقُولُ دَعْ لِي ، دَعْ لِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that I and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform ghusl of janabah from the same vessel of water, and I would keep saying to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), "Leave some water for me, leave some for me."
