حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ " إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ تَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that when the Prophet (peace be upon him) intended to perform ghusl after janabah, he would rinse his mouth three times and put water into his nose three times.
