حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا هُرَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " تُوُفِّيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الِاثْنَيْنِ ، وَدُفِنَ لَيْلَةَ الْأَرْبِعَاءِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the Prophet (peace be upon him) passed away on Monday, and the burial took place on the night of Wednesday.
