حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : يَا ابْنَ أُخْتِي ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ ، إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ الزَّمَانَ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ النَّارِ ، وَإِنَّهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَمَكْتُوبٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ ، وَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيَعْمَلُ الزَّمَانَ بِعَمَلِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ ، وَإِنَّهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَمَكْتُوبٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: By Him in Whose hand is my soul, sometimes a person is performing the deeds of the people of Paradise, but in the Preserved Tablet his name is written among the people of Hell. Similarly, a man is performing the deeds of the people of Hell, but in the Preserved Tablet his name is written among the people of Paradise.
