حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَمَرَ أَنْ يُسْتَمْتَعَ بِجُلُودِ الْمَيْتَةِ إِذَا دُبِغَتْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the Prophet (peace be upon him) permitted the use of the skin of dead animals after tanning.
