حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كَانَ يَنَامُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that when the Prophet (peace be upon him) intended to sleep, he would perform ablution as he did for prayer.
