حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا
ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ
عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ
عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، مَاتَتْ فُلَانَةُ وَاسْتَرَاحَتْ ، فَغَضِبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَقَالَ :
" إِنَّمَا يَسْتَرِيحُ مَنْ غُفِرَ لَهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that once a person said, "O Messenger of Allah! Such-and-such woman has passed away and she has attained comfort." The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied with displeasure, "True comfort is only for the one who is forgiven."
