حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : " وَاللَّهِ مَا تَرَكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ عِنْدِي قَطُّ " .
Urwah bin Zubair narrates that Hazrat Aisha said to me, "Nephew! The Prophet (peace be upon him) never omitted the two rak'ahs after Asr in my presence."
