حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، وَعَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أن عائشة زوج النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَتْ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم " يُهْدِي مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ ، فَأَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ بُدْنِهِ ، ثُمَّ لَا يَجْتَنِبُ شَيْئًا مِمَّا يَجْتَنِبُهُ الْمُحْرِمُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to send sacrificial animals from Madinah, and I used to twist the collars of the Prophet’s sacrificial animals with my own hands. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not avoid those things from which a person in the state of Ihram avoids.
