حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ يَعْنِي شَيْبَانَ , عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كَانَ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ بَيْنَ النِّدَاءِ وَالْإِقَامَةِ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to offer two rak'ahs between the call to Fajr prayer and the (Fajr) prayer itself.
