Hadith 24280

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَت : " كَانَ يَأْمُرُنِي ، فَأَتَّزِرُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ ، ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُنِي ، وَكُنْتُ أَغْسِلُ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ ، وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed me, I would tie my lower garment even though I was menstruating, then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would place his body against mine, and I would wash the blessed head of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) even though I was menstruating, while the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was in i'tikaf.
