Hadith 24251

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that a man said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), "My mother’s soul has been taken, and I think that if she could speak, she would have instructed to give some charity. If I give charity on her behalf, will she receive its reward?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Yes!"
