Hadith 24237

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَت : " سُحِرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَيُخَيَّلُ إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ قَدْ صَنَعَ شَيْئًا وَلَمْ يَصْنَعْهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that magic was done on the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), due to which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would think that he had done a certain thing, although he had not done it.
