حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَت : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ : الْعَقْرَبُ ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ ، وَالْحُدَيَّا ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ ، وَالْغُرَابُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are five creatures among the 'fawasiq' that may be killed in the Haram: the scorpion, the mouse, the kite, the rabid dog, and the crow."
