Hadith 24024

حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُوَيْدٍ ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنِ النَّقِيرِ ، وَالْمُقَيَّرِ ، وَالدُّبَّاءِ ، وَالْحَنْتَمِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the use of vessels called naqir, muqayyar, dubba, and hantam.
