Hadith 24018

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا مُغِيرَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَخَّصَ لِأَهْلِ بَيْتٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ فِي الرُّقْيَةِ مِنْ كُلِّ ذِي حُمَةٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted a household of the Ansar to perform ruqyah (spiritual healing) for every stinging creature.
