حدثنا عليُّ بن عبد الله قبلَ أَن يُمتَحَنَ ، حدثنا مُلازِمُ بن عمرو ، حدثني هَوْذَةُ بن قيس بن طَلْقٍ ، عن أَبيه قيس بن طَلْقٍ ، عن جَدِّه طَلْقِ بن عليٍّ ، قال : " كنَّا إِذا صَلَّيْنا مع نبيِّ الله صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَّيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَيْنا بياضَ خَدِّده الأَيمنِ ، وبياضَ خَدِّه الأيسرِ "
Ali ibn Abdullah narrated to us before he was tested, Mulazim ibn Amr narrated to us, Hawdhah ibn Qays ibn Talq narrated to me, from his father Qays ibn Talq, from his grandfather Talq ibn Ali, who said: "When we prayed with the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, we would see the whiteness of his right cheek and the whiteness of his left cheek."
