Hadith 23673

It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked his grandfather, "What is your name?" He replied, "Huzn (Sorrow)." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "No, your name is Sahl (Ease)." He said, "I do not wish to change the name that my father has given me." Saeed says that after that, there was always sadness in our family.
