It is narrated from Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that once two men named Aqib and Sayyid came from Najran. They said to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah! Please send with us a trustworthy man." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I will send with you such a trustworthy man who truly deserves to be called trustworthy." Upon hearing this, the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) began to look around, raising their heads. Then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent Hazrat Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah (may Allah be pleased with him) with them.
