Hadith 23145

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّازِيُّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ زَكَرِيَّا بنَ سَلَّامٍ يُحَدِّثُ , عَنْ أَبيهِ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ : انْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى النَّبيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ : " أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ، عَلَيْكُمْ بالْجَمَاعَةِ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْفُرْقَةَ ، أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ، عَلَيْكُمْ بالْجَمَاعَةِ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَالْفُرْقَةَ " ، ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ ، قَالَهَا إِسْحَاقُ.
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I came to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was saying: O people! Adhere to the "Jama'ah" (community), avoid division and disagreements. He said this sentence three times.
