Hadith 23142

حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبةُ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبدُ الْحَمِيدِ صَاحِب الزِّيَادِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبدِ اللَّهِ بنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَاب النَّبيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا دَخَلَ عَلَى النَّبيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَتَسَحَّرُ ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّ السَّحُورَ برَكَةٌ أَعْطَاكُمُوهَا اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ، فَلَا تَدَعُوهَا " .
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that once he came to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was eating suhoor. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is a blessing which Allah has granted you, so do not abandon it."
