Hadith 23118

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبةُ ، عَنْ أَبي جَعْفَرٍ الْمَدِينِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عُمَارَةَ بنَ عُثْمَانَ بنِ حُنَيْفٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي الْقَيْسِيُّ , أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ " فَبالَ ، فَأَتَى بمَاءٍ ، فَهَالَ عَلَى يَدِهِ مِنَ الْإِنَاءِ فَغَسَلَهَا مَرَّةً ، وَعَلَى وَجْهِهِ مَرَّةً ، وَذِرَاعَيْهِ مَرَّةً ، وَغَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ مَرَّةً بيَدَيْهِ كِلْتَيْهِمَا " ، وَقَالَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : الْتَفَّ إِصْبعُهُ الْإِبهَامُ.
Faisi, may Allah be pleased with him, says that once he was on a journey with the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, urinated, then water was brought, which the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, poured from a vessel onto his blessed hand and washed it once, washed his face once, washed both hands once, and then with both hands washed both feet once.
