Hadith 23114

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبةُ ، عَنْ أَبي مَسْعُودٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ جَعَلَ يَرْصُدُ نَبيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَكَانَ يَقُولُ فِي دُعَائِهِ : " اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبي ، وَوَسِّعْ لِي فِي ذَاتِي ، وَبارِكْ لِي فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنِي " ، ثُمَّ رَصَدَهُ الثَّانِيَةَ ، فَكَانَ يَقُولُ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.
Humaid bin Qaqa’ narrates from a man that he used to see the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) supplicating in this way: “O Allah, forgive my sins, grant me ease personally, and bless my sustenance.” When he observed again carefully, he heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) supplicating with the same prayer.
