حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بنِ أَبي يَعْقُوب ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ شَقِيقَ بنَ حَيَّانَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ مَسْعُودِ بنِ قَبيصَةَ ، أَوْ قَبيصَةَ بنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، يَقُولُ : صَلَّى هَذَا الْحَيُّ مِنْ مُحَارِب الصُّبحَ ، فَلَمَّا صَلَّوْا ، قَالَ شَاب مِنْهُمْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " إِنَّهُ سَيُفْتَحُ لَكُمْ مَشَارِقُ الْأَرْضِ وَمَغَارِبهَا ، وَإِنَّ عُمَّالَهَا فِي النَّارِ ، إِلَّا مَنْ اتَّقَى اللَّهَ وَأَدَّى الْأَمَانَةَ " .
It is narrated from Qabeesah bin Mas’ood that a group of Mujahideen offered the Fajr prayer, and when they finished the prayer, a young man among them said: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say that soon the east and west of the earth will be conquered for you, but their officials and governors will be in Hell, except for those who fear Allah and fulfill the trust.
