Hadith 23095

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابنَ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَبدِ الْعَزِيزِ بنِ عَمْرِو بنِ ضَمْرَةَ الْفَزَارِيِّ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَتَى أُصَلِّي الْعِشَاءَ الْآخِرَةَ ؟ قَالَ : " إِذَا مَلَأَ اللَّيْلُ بطْنَ كُلِّ وَادٍ " .
It is narrated from a companion from Jahina (may Allah be pleased with him) that I asked the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), "When should I perform the Isha prayer?" The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "When the night has covered every valley."
