حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنِ ابنِ الشِّخِّيرِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَابيِّ أَنَّ " نَعْلَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ مَخْصُوفَةً " .
Mutarrif bin Shukhair says that a Bedouin companion (may Allah be pleased with him) informed us that the shoes of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) were patched with leather.
