Hadith 23062

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى , عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ بعْضِ أَصْحَابهِ ، عَنِ النَّبيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ " مَرَّ عَلَى مُوسَى لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بهِ قَائِمًا يُصَلِّي فِي قَبرِهِ " ، قَالَ يَحْيَى : قَائِمٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ.
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The night I was taken on the Night Journey (Mi'raj), I passed by Musa (peace be upon him), who was standing in his grave performing prayer.
