حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّا نَقِيلُ وَنَتَغَدَّى بَعْدَ الْجُمُعَةِ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) that we used to perform the Friday prayer with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and then take a midday nap and eat food.
