حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ , وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ , حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " غَدْوَةٌ أَوْ رَوْحَةٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: To set out in the way of Allah for a morning or an evening is better than the world and whatever is in it, and the place of a whip of any person in Paradise is better than the world and whatever is in it.
