حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنِي الْأَسْلَمِيُّ يَعْنِي عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَامِرٍ , عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سُئِلَ عَنْ الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى ، قَالَ : " هُوَ مَسْجِدِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Sahl (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the mosque regarding which it is said, "whose foundation was laid on piety," he replied, "That is my mosque."
