Hadith 22775

قَرَأْتُ عَلَى يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ : " عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَصْرَمَ بْنِ فِهْرِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ غَنْم بْنِ عُوْف بْنِ الخَزْرَج ، فِي الِاثْنَيْ عَشَرَ الَّذِينَ بَايَعُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْعَقَبَةِ الْأُولَى " .
Ibn Ishaq says that Hazrat Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him), son of Qais bin Asram bin Fihr bin Tha'labah bin Ghanm bin Awf bin Khazraj, was among those twelve individuals who participated in the first pledge of Aqabah with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
