حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ هَمَّارٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَبِكُم عَزَّ وَجَلَّ : " ابْنَ آدَمَ ، لَا تَعْجِزْ عَنْ أَرْبَعِ رَكَعَاتٍ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ ، أَكْفِكَ آخِرَهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Naeem (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: Allah Almighty says, O son of Adam! Do not show yourself incapable of offering four rak'ahs in the first part of the day; I will suffice you till the last part of the day.
