حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا الْهَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ , حَدَّثَنَا الْفَرَجُ , حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ يَزِيدَ , عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ , عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَعَثَنِي رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ وَهُدًى لِلْعَالَمِينَ , وَأَمَرَنِي رَبِّي عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِمَحْقِ الْمَعَازِفِ , وَالْمَزَامِيرِ , وَالْأَوْثَانِ , وَالصُّلُبِ , وَأَمْرِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ , وَحَلَفَ رَبِّي عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِعِزَّتِهِ : لَا يَشْرَبُ عَبْدٌ مِنْ عَبِيدِي جَرْعَةً مِنْ خَمْرٍ إِلَّا سَقَيْتُهُ مِنَ الصَّدِيدِ مِثْلَهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ , مَغْفُورًا لَهُ أَوْ مُعَذَّبًا , وَلَا يَسْقِيهَا صَبِيًّا صَغِيرًا ضَعِيفًا مُسْلِمًا إِلَّا سَقَيْتُهُ مِنَ الصَّدِيدِ مِثْلَهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْفُورًا لَهُ أَوْ مُعَذَّبًا , وَلَا يَتْرُكُهَا مِنْ مَخَافَتِي إِلَّا سَقَيْتُهُ مِنْ حِيَاضِ الْقُدُسِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ , وَلَا يَحِلُّ بَيْعُهُنَّ , وَلَا شِرَاؤُهُنَّ , وَلَا تَعْلِيمُهُنَّ , وَلَا تِجَارَةٌ فِيهِنَّ وَثَمَنُهُنَّ حَرَامٌ " يَعْنِي : الضَّارِبَاتِ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty has sent me as a mercy and guidance for the people of the world, and He has commanded me to eradicate musical instruments, drums, instruments of amusement and play, and all those idols that were worshipped in the time of ignorance. And my Lord, swearing by His honor, has said: Whoever among My servants drinks even a single sip of wine, I will surely make him drink scalding water of Hell in exchange for it, whether he is kept in punishment or is forgiven afterwards. And if even a minor child is given a single sip of it, I will surely make him drink scalding water of Hell in exchange for it, whether he is kept in punishment or is forgiven afterwards. And whoever among My servants leaves it out of fear of Me, I will make him drink of My pure wine. And the buying and selling of singing women, teaching them music, and trading in them is not permissible, and their price is forbidden.
