حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةٌ , حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ , حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ , حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو رَاشِدٍ الْحُبْرَانِيُّ , قَالَ : أَخَذَ بِيَدِي أَبُو أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيُّ , قَالَ : أَخَذَ بِيَدِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لِي : " يَا أَبَا أُمَامَةَ , إِنَّ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَنْ يَلِينُ لِي قَلْبُهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once took hold of his hand and said, "O Abu Umamah! That person is among the believers whose heart becomes gentle for my sake."
