حدثنا عبد الله , حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ , حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ , عَنْ سِمَاكٍ , عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ هُلْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَؤُمُّنَا فَيَأْخُذُ شِمَالَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ , وَكَانَ يَنْصَرِفُ عَلَى جَانِبَيْهِ جَمِيعًا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Halaab (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to lead us in prayer and would hold his left hand with his right hand, and would turn back from both the right and left sides.
