ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2182
اُردوEn
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ يَزِيدَ ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَتَى مَرِيضًا لَمْ يَحْضُرْ أَجَلُهُ ، فَقَالَ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ : أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ ، رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعظيم ، أَنْ يَشْفِيَهُ ، إِلَّا عُوفِيَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If any Muslim visits a sick person whose time of death has not yet come and says seven times: «أَسْأَلُ اللّٰهَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ أَنْ يَشْفِيَهُ» 'I ask Allah, the Lord of the Mighty Throne, to grant you healing,' then Allah Almighty grants him well-being."
