حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ , أَخبرنَا شُعَيْبٌ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ , أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ , أَنَّ أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ أَخْبَرَهُ , أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَكِبَ حِمَارًا عَلَى إِكَافٍ عَلَيْهِ قَطِيفَةٌ فَدَكِيَّةٌ , وَأَرْدَفَ أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ وَرَاءَهُ , يَعُودُ سَعْدَ بْنَ عُبَادَةَ فِي بَنِي الْخَزْرَجِ قَبْلَ وَقْعَةِ بَدْرٍ , فَذَكَرَهُ , وَقَالَ : الْبَحْرَةِ.
Abu al-Yaman narrated to us, Shu'ayb informed us, from al-Zuhri, he informed me that 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, that Usamah ibn Zayd informed him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "rode a donkey with a saddle covered with a Fadakiyah velvet cloth, and he seated Usamah ibn Zayd behind him, visiting Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah among the Banu al-Khazraj before the Battle of Badr, and he mentioned it, and said: al-Bahrah."
