حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ , عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ , عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ , وَلَا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No Muslim can be the heir of a disbeliever, and no disbeliever can be the heir of a Muslim.
