حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى , عَنْ شُعْبَةَ , عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ , عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ , أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى امْرَأَةً مُجِحًّا عَلَى بَابِ فُسْطَاطٍ , أَوْ طَرَفِ فُسْطَاطٍ , فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَعَلَّ صَاحِبَهَا يُلِمُّ بِهَا " , قَالُوا : نَعَمْ , قَالَ : " لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ أَلْعَنَهُ لَعْنَةً تَدْخُلُ مَعَهُ فِي قَبْرِهِ , كَيْفَ يُوَرِّثُهُ وَهُوَ لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ ؟ ! وَكَيْفَ يَسْتَخْدِمُهَا وَهُوَ لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ ؟ ! .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a woman outside a tent who was near the time of childbirth. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "It seems that her master wants to go 'near' her?" The people said, "Yes!" The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "My heart wishes to curse him with such a curse that will remain with him till his grave. How can he make her his heir when she is not lawful for him, and how can he take service from her when she is not lawful for him?"
