Hadith 21668

It is narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a man from Syria brought olives. I was among those bargaining with the traders until I bought them. After that, a man came to me and was ready to give me a profit according to my wish. I took his hand to confirm the deal, but someone from behind held my hand. When I turned around, it was Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him). He said, "Do not sell it at the place where you bought it; rather, first take it to your tent, because the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has forbidden doing so." So I withdrew my hand.
