ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَاMusnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith 2162

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَهُوَ يُفْتِي النَّاسَ ، لَا يُسْنِدُ إِلَى نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَيْئًا مِنْ فُتْيَاهُ ، حَتَّى جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ ، فَقَالَ : إِنِّي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ ، وَإِنِّي أُصَوِّرُ هَذِهِ التَّصَاوِيرَ , فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : ادْنُهْ إِمَّا مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا فَدَنَا ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ : " مَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً فِي الدُّنْيَا ، يُكَلَّفُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَنْ يَنْفُخَ فِيهِ الرُّوحَ وَلَيْسَ بِنَافِخٍ " .
Nadr bin Anas says that once I was sitting with Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), and he was giving fatwas to the people but was not attributing any of his fatwas to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). During this, an Iraqi man came and said, "I am from Iraq, and I do the work of making images." Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) ordered him two or three times to come closer. When he came near, he said, "I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'Whoever makes images in this world will be commanded on the Day of Resurrection to put a soul into that image, and obviously, he will not be able to put a soul into it.'"
