حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَوْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " رَجَمَ امْرَأَةً ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَحْفِرَ لَهَا ، فَحَفَرْتُ لَهَا إِلَى سُرَّتِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) carried out the punishment of stoning on a woman, so he ordered me to dig a pit for her. Accordingly, I dug a pit for her up to the navel.
