حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ . ح وَعَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَإِنَّ الرَّحْمَةَ تُوَاجِهُهُ ، فَلَا تُحَرِّكُوا الْحَصَى " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When any one of you stands for prayer, the mercy of Allah turns towards him, therefore he should not play with pebbles.
