حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَهْرٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ غَنْمٍ ، أَنَّ أَبَا ذَرّ حَدَّثَهُ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقُولُ : يَا عَبْدِي ، مَا عَبَدْتَنِي وَرَجَوْتَنِي ، فَإِنِّي غَافِرٌ لَكَ عَلَى مَا كَانَ فِيكَ ، وَيَا عَبْدِي إِنْ لَقِيتَنِي بِقُرَابِ الْأَرْضِ خَطِيئَةً ، مَا لَمْ تُشْرِكْ بِي ، لَقِيتُكَ بِقُرَابِهَا مَغْفِرَةً " .
Narrated to us Hisham ibn al-Qasim, narrated to us Abdul Hamid, narrated to us Shahr, narrated to me Ibn Ghanm, that Abu Dharr narrated to him, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Indeed, Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says: O My servant, as long as you worship Me and hope in Me, I will forgive you for whatever is in you. And O My servant, if you meet Me with the earth full of sins, not associating anything with Me, I will meet you with its like in forgiveness."
