It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about an issue: his sister had vowed to go to the Sacred House of Allah on foot, but now she had become weak. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Allah is independent of your sister's vow. She should go on a mount and take a camel as a sacrificial offering."
